3 Reports

Have a couple reports from Great Lake which was on 7/5/11,Georges Bay and Scamander River last weekend.
Fished great lake with Bailey & Jack from the shore near the intake and around to Sandbanks Bay,using soft plastics and the boys had a ball,

we landed 8 browns for the afternoon and lost a few as well, fish were only average, but the boys wanted some for the smoker, they love smoked fish, the afternoon was still and mild.
Last Saturday Bailey & I had a fish in Georges Bay for some tasty garfish and caught a good feed as well as some nice yellow eye mullet, fished near the oyster racks up near the barway, put some berley out and it only took five minutes for the gars to show, sure are good fun. Next day we had a fish up the Scamander River using soft plastics for a couple of hours and only caught a few cocky salmon, bream not on the chew, there's always next time.
Some more pictures that some mates sent me of some Rays bream, striped trumpeter from St Helens and some big bluefin caught on Tuesday from Eaglehawk Neck, biggest around 145kg.
