Guarantees and Returns

If you consider an item to be faulty or damaged in transit claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods. Delivery Costs are non-refundable.

All returns must be arranged and preauthorised, and in original packaging. Then upon inspection a refund, credit or exchange will be given for the value of the item only, via your original method of payment.

We have taken great care with the descriptions of the products, but colour reproduction may vary from what is displayed.

Incorrectly Addressed Items
Please take care that your order is correctly addressed. If items are incorrectly addressed and returned to us you will be charged additional postage.

Delivery Costs
All deliveries are sent via Australia Post and in Australia delivery is $10 per single order from one product to any number. Outside Australia freight cost will be the actual cost and will be quoted. Products are not available for personal collection. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Out of Stocks
Every effort is made to ensure items are in stock. If they are out of stock we will notify you of an estimated delivery date. If this is not acceptable we will give you the opportunity to change your mind or withdraw the order.

Privacy
Stevens Publishing respects your privacy, we use PayPal and ANZ eGate payment gateways which handle all credit card details and automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours. We do not store any credit card information on our servers and any confidential information we do store is encryped using SSL 128bit encryption.
We recognise your right to protection of all your personal information provided to us including name, address, telephone number, and email address. Information provided to us will be used to process your order and ensure customer satisfaction. We will only release information to third parties such as courier companies to fulfil your order. We may contact you from time to time with information from our site.
