Tails of a Tasmanian Angler

by Neil Robson

To most anglers Neil Robson is best known for Tasmanian Angler a book both Neil and David Scholes shared the authorship of. It is one of the more expensive and sought secondhand angling books, often bringing $450.

Most recently one sold at Australian Book auctions for over $1000. Charles Wooley, of 60 Minutes fame, describes Neil's new, self published book, thus: "This is a charming and amiable book told in the unedited country cadences of the author's own voice. It is also the best Australian treatise I have read, not just on how we fish, but more importantly, why we fish."
950 published trade copies and 50 leather bound editions. Stevens Publishing has bought the last few of these and had them signed by Neil. They won't last $50.
