After two years feedback and continuous research, Platypus has remastered their popular Platinum Braid, to produce a stronger thinner Braid whilst still retaining the softness of the original best-selling line. By employing a unique braiding process we are able to pack the PE fibres+ closer together decreasing diameter and enhancing the strength by up to 25%. When consulting with anglers one of the most important properties is softness, this increases handleability of the braid enabling smoother, more trouble-free casts.
